LEARNING CENTRE:

This project focuses on designing a Learning Centre that addresses community needs, drawing from the sub-questions in Project 1a. The design should respond to the urban context and user behavior, with two phases: Architectural Strategy and Design Development.

The façade must reflect the historic character of the area, while insights from the urban analysis will help identify a key community need. The Learning Centre will cater to diverse groups, providing spaces for cultural, educational, and recreational activities to encourage learning and social interaction.
