Meet The Team

We were assigned to different groups of 19-20 members. There are 19 of us. We all worked together cooperatively to make this project a huge success.

Progress

We provided everyone a chance to share their thoughts on the task. We wanted to generate as many ideas as we could. To ensure that we didn't forget any of the ideas or let them get lost, we carefully listened to each one before mentioning it on the thoughts sheet. By employing this strategy, we significantly enhanced our group work and made some creative adjustments. After compiling a substantial amount of suggestions, we categorised and evaluated them. Then, among all of them, we select a few suggestions. The benefits and drawbacks of each are then discussed. Members of the group are also asked to vote for concepts that assisted in the elimination of some of them. We prioritise the ideas based on this voting.

Outcome

Reflection

  • Communication Skills

  • Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills

I took on the role of the communicator throughout the group assignments. I made sure that everyone was moving toward our objectives. I also made sure everyone was all right and enjoying their time with the group. The group worked together to gather suggestions from each other and incorporate them into a single answer to the problems we encountered to be executed on our structure.
