Progress

Students must choose two (2) items and create a series of observational drawings in two different artistic techniques. Students are expected to use drawing from observation of still life to communicate features and drawing elements in an effective and innovative manner. The objective is for students to distinguish between and compare simple line drawings without renderings and sketches with shading techniques.

REFLECTION

This assignment has taught me to draw objects in a more detailed way. I've become more observant and specific when it comes to the shades and textures of the object. Having precise measurements and cross-section views practices me to design layouts for upcoming projects.
